Kent Schmidt is the eldest son of parents, who were nursing home and assisted living industry pioneers – starting in the “industry” in the 1960’s and a second-generation, multiple-facility owner, developer, operator, Licensed Kansas Adult Care Home Administrator and consultant with hands-on experience in essentially every aspect (except nursing though mother was a Registered Nurse) of the senior care industry – from pre-development, design and construction of nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care and / or independent living through on-going operations (including maintenance) and ultimately to the sale of those facilities.
Kent Schmidt and Keith Schmidt are highly experienced (70 years+ combined) owners of KeSsh Construction, Repair It Build It, and ABC Plumbing. They attended local schools and lived in the Wichita, KS area for most of their lives. Growing up in a family of senior care pioneers, they have been heavily involved in the development, operations, administration, repair, and maintenance of many residential and commercial properties.
